I never really knew how great balsamic vinegar could be until I tried it one time on some food at a restaurant. So when this came up for review I decided to try it and see what it was like on other foods like salads and snacks. The bottle itself is very pretty and comes with a wax seal on the top to extend the shelf life of 10 years. It only has 2 ingredients - grape must and wine vinegar. That's it - no additives or preservatives so it is natural and comes from Italy! This is a very classy product and it has a great flavor for salads especially. I also like to drizzle it on quesadillas which is awesome tasting. Give it a try - the price is $28.50 for 8.5 fl oz on Amazon!
