This is the perfect solution for supporting your lower back for any ailments or for working in places where you have to do heavy lifting. It really does a great job of giving you stability and not allowing your muscles to be strained. It can help alleviate a lot of pain and they have sizes to fit everyone. This is possibly the best quality brace I have seen and I do a lot of sitting at my desk because I work online.
So my back naturally gets a lot of stress and pressure. I have tried pillows and other items to alleviate the pressure but this has helped more than anything! Just wrapping this around your waist area will make you feel so much better, so give it a try - measure your lower back area and choose the size that fits you the best :)
