Awesome set of tongs for any use but works especially well with salads because of the "spork" side. It mixes and holds salad pieces that normally slip through other sets and the spoon side really helps mix the dressing into the salad nicely. I love these because they can be stored closed, you simply pull the little circle on the top up and it will lock them closed, thus being able to store them.
They are about the same length as a standard set of tongs and they have a great silicone gripper on the ends so you never have to worry about them slipping. Definitely love these, never have seen anything like them!
