A, C, D and E - all the vitamins you need to get and stay healthy! Plus gluten-free? It makes for a great combination! Phytoceramides have been called the "facelift in a bottle", but instead of applying this product you take a pill each day! InstaNatural is a great company to purchase from, I have been lucky enough to test many of their dietary supplements and skincare products and they have all been amazing! These are rice-derived Phytoceramides as opposed to plant-derived, making them much healthier for you. Because this product contains vitamins it can also help to replace any other vitamin supplements you might take.
Phytoceramides work from the inside out, hydrating skin and binding it together making it thicker. I don't know about you, but when Dr Oz likes something and says it works, I usually listen! I must say I have not been disappointed at all. I have terrible acne and oily skin on my face, so anything that can help that is a great product in my books! I have noticed quite a bit less oil and acne since using this product, and I would imagine with continued usage that would get so much better :) Highly recommend any product from InstaNatural including this one!
