***My Personal Review***

This is a great product for building your strategic skills and challening your brain to learn new things.  I had fun with it and although I haven't done all of the book yet and might never be able to beat all of them but I was very proud when I accomplished one!  I don't play chess, and so this was a little bit of a struggle at first for me but fun to learn it and really give myself a good brain teaser :)  The great part is that they have different levels of skill, so people like me who have no skills can start easy and work up.  I am not there yet LOL, still at the easy level and working on mastering that.

This game is for ages 8 to adult and is for a single player.  The book that comes with the set has 80 challenges and 10 chess pieces.  The goal of the game is to always start with the pieces it shows on the board, then 1 by 1 eliminate those pieces until there is just 1 piece left and that means you have won!  If you try this and like it, ThinkFun has SO many other games for all ages and single-player or multi-player games.  So no matter what you are looking for they have it.  This is a small square box, fits easily into a bookshelf and would be great for travelling as well - grab the box and let the kids play in the camper, play it outside on the table at night - all around fun for the whole family!  And the themes that they have are just awesome - they have a chocolate themed set, tons of stuff for toddlers and they even have downloadable games.  So something for everyone :)

You need to check out their website if you haven't yet and I guarantee you can find something there that will pique your interest!  Goooooo!

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
