***My Personal Review***

Who suffers from sleep problems ... raise your hands?  Okay so almost everyone!  Yeah me too.  I also suffer from terrible anxiety so I take all kinds of meds to help that because I figure it's better to get my sleep and be calm than be a basketcase and never sleep.  But I am always looking for natural ways to help myself to try and get off of those meds.  So when this promotion came up I was thrilled to be approved!  I decided to take myself off of my regular sleep meds for a week to try this.  For me that is HUGE because I literally cannot go without my sleep meds, and I was so afraid that I wouldn't be able to sleep, worried about side effects, yep anxiety!  But I need not have worried - this is an amazing product and it is all natural. 

I could not believe that this worked as well as it did - I was impressed from the first night, I got sleepy without the "zombie-like" feeling of the depressing of my nervous system.  I am one of those people that literally cannot shut my mind off and that is the reason I cannot get to sleep.  I will lay there for hours if I don't have something.  This worked like a charm and it has a lot of the ingredients that I have heard worked great to help promote sleep like Valerian Root, Passion Flower, Melatonin and Chamomile.  Now I have tried Melatonin and Chamomile tea, but always separately.  Apparently the total combination of these ingredients is the key to it!  I did not experience any side effects with this product and I am excited to see if it keeps working for me.  The best part?  It is non-addictive which we all know is great considering the severity of this problem among prescription sleep meds.  If you have trouble sleeping grab a bottle and test it out :)
