***My Personal Review***

I must be honest that before getting into doing product reviews I did not know anything about Garcinic Cambogia extract.  I decided to try it because it is supposed to help stress, anxiety, weight, basically an all-around healthy pill.  So far I am noticing a slight change.  Now I have only been taking it for a little over a week and I am just starting to notice some effects.  I love the fact that it has no stimulants, because I have pretty severe anxiety problems, depression as well as problems sleeping.  So I don't need more stimulants in my body.  It is also allergen-free.  I certainly don't need what they call "jitters".  I have had those before with energy drinks and pills and I do NOT want that feeling again.  If I can get the same benefits without the downside that is the way I will go!

I am noticing a slightly better mood and less anxiety which can be attributed to the serotonin in the pills.  I haven't lost any weight with it just yet but it is very hard for me to lose weight because of being on steroids for my asthma.  The biggest problem I have is my stress level and it seems to be working for that.  The extra ingredients are all good for your health as well without having any of the nasty "filler" products.

I believe that this product would be considered gluten-free as well so pretty much anyone would be able to take it as it is all-natural.  I have not had any side effects from taking it and normally if I have a reaction to anything I get it within the first 1-2 days.  I am definitely going to keep taking this and hopefully help myself get rid of all the chemical pills that I have needed for so long.
