***My Personal Review***

Krill oil is oil from a tiny, shrimp-like animal. Baleen whales, mantas, and whale sharks eat primarily krill. In Norwegian, the word "krill" means "whale food." People extract the oil from krill, place it in capsules, and use it for medicine. Some brand name krill oil products indicate that they use Antarctic krill. This usually refers to the species of krill called Euphausia superba.

Krill oil is used for heart disease, high levels of certain blood fats (triglycerides), high cholesterol, high blood pressure, stroke, cancer, osteoarthritis, depression, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), and painful menstrual periods.

How does it work?

Krill oil contains fatty acids similar to fish oil. These fats are thought to be beneficial fats that decrease swelling, lower cholesterol, and make blood platelets less sticky. When blood platelets are less sticky they are less likely to form clots. (from WebMD.com)

I was diagnosed with high blood pressure for the first time in my life a few months ago and put on medication for it.  I already have borderline diabetes, chronic sinusitis and asthma.  So I wanted to find something natural that would help with my blood pressure and possibly weight problems.  I also have terrible menstrual cramps that do not subside after just a few days like most.  Besides all of that I also suffer from severe anxiety with intermittent depression.  So when I saw this product and that it was good for all of those things I thought why not give it a try?

I have been taking this for almost 2 weeks now and I have had NO side effects at all - the other night I took my blood pressure and it was almost back to normal!  That had not happened even with the meds they gave me.  I am actually feeling better, have a little more energy and NO cramps with my menstrual cycle which just ended!  That in and of itself is a godsend for me because they would get so bad I would just want to lay in bed and cry!  And I have a 7 year old disabled daughter so doing that is not an option for me.  I am definitely going to continue taking Krill Oil and hopefully things will get even better.

Head on over to Amazon and pick some up, they are easy to take black oil pills and I have only been taking one per day with great results.  And you get 60 pills in a bottle.  They don't taste bad, in fact I never even notice a taste at all when I take them.  Krill Oil was something I had never heard of until seeing this up for review and I am definitely impressed so far!  So the question is - do you want to help yourself naturally or with all the chemicals they put in the prescription meds???

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
